Teresa was very helpful from the get go, she explained everything that she offered to me and how payment goes. She even offers Klarna which is so very helpful. Your deposit isn't crippling. Teresa kept me updated throughout the whole process which was so nice. She was clear when she needed payment by and how payment works in regards to when she starts your flowers.
She was at the end of her phone almost instantly to answer my many questions and I felt totally safe sending my flowers to her. She told me how to pack, she told me once she had received them and nothing was too much trouble.

Secure your place in our preservation schedule by booking your date as soon as possible.
Availability is limited due to the specialist nature of freeze drying, so early booking is highly recommended.
A small booking fee confirms your space and allows us to prepare for your bouquets arrival.
Once your booking is confirmed , you'll receive a Client Information Pack with everything you need to prepare and send your flowers safely.
Bouquet Arrival
To achieve the best results, your bouquet should reach us within 1-3 days of your event - the fresher the flowers, the more beautifully they preserve.
Where possible, we recommend hand delivering your bouquet to us. If posting is needed, please use Royal Mail next day delivery to minimise time in transit.
Freeze Drying Process

Once your bouquet arrives, each stem is carefully assessed and prepared before being gently pre-frozen to lock in its natural shape and colour
Your flowers are then placed into our specialist freeze dryer, where moisture is slowly removed over several weeks. This delicate process preserves the structure, colour. and beauty of your bouquet.
Freeze Drying is considered the highest quality method of floral preservation.
After your flowers have been freeze dried, they are carefully stored and prepared for their final design.
We thoughtfully arrange your blooms to capture the essence of your bouquet, preserving its natural beauty and meaning. Your flowers are then set into your chosen piece - from elegant frames to timeless resin designs.
